If Karen feels she can help you and you feel comfortable with the thought of her being your therapist or counsellor, you can book your first appointment. She will send you a contract by email and ask that you email her to confirm you understand and are happy to abide by the terms.

The first time you meet with Karen, you will have the opportunity to book several further sessions in advance. At the end of each subsequent session, you would arrange one further appointment to guarantee availability to you.
If your session is due to take place via Zoom, Karen will email you an invitation for you to join her. Your Zoom link will be in the email.
On behalf of all her clients, Karen consults appropriate supervisors, who support her to work in the best ways possible. This means that some daytime appointment times are not available every week.
Payment is made via bank transfer. If you are having in-person sessions, you have the option to pay in cash, instead.
Karen asks that you provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, if you are unable to attend. Otherwise, a full fee is charged.
